Intuitive. Adaptable. Real World Efficient...

PlanDeliver: The Allocator's Perspective

We know your job isn’t easy, and it is not something any software can fully automate. Planning loads and the most efficient routes takes a combination of powerful software, and, most importantly, your inside knowledge.

With other route planning software, you plug your order data into a black box, and an “optimised” schedule is “auto-magically” produced. While this seems good in theory, this approach does not take into account the unexpected… and, as you experience regularly, the unexpected is the only constant there is.

PlanDeliver has a different – and much more flexible—approach. While we help you develop a route plan, our interface is built so you can visualise the routes and make manual changes to schedules as needed. For instance, when you learn that one of your drivers is running late, you can easily drag his loads to other drivers’ truck. With other route planning software, you would have to run the schedule again, and likely re-build your entire route plan.

How exactly does PlanDeliver help you?

Simplify load building

  • Build loads with a drag-and-drop interface.
  • Quickly move orders between trucks and trips.
  • See how much space and time is available on each trip.

Reduce fatigue

  • Use filters to customise views so you can look at the information you want at any time.

Reduce interruptions and questions

  • Others can log in and answer questions themselves without bothering you.

Alert you to potential problems

  • There is a status field that provides warnings of errors such as overdue orders or loads that won’t work (e.g. a load that has too many pallets).

Let you plan ahead

  • Allocate whatever orders you have already received in as many days in the future as you need.
  • Lock in orders that are final.

Make you the hero

  • Able to change loads when unexpected delays occur.
